The teleworking request!! It can raise the heart rate of many employers and in some cases it might be justified but in many it might be just the fear of the unknown. These fears can range from "how will I know if the employee is working?" to "what happens if the employee get hurt at home?" to "how do I keep track of their time?" to . . .?
Employers, I ask you to express your teleworking concerns or opinions.
Employees who have requested teleworking, tell me experiences, both good and bad.
